Who We Are

Here's the deal: Upward Christian Fellowship cares about one thing more than anything else, and that's Jesus Christ. We're a family of people who have found hope in Jesus, and we want as many people as possible to experience that same freedom.

We believe God has given us a clear vision:

We're believing God to do incredible things through our church. Not because we're filled with perfect people (spoiler alert: we're not), but because we're striving to be filled with Jesus.

Our Values

These five values shape everything we do as a church.

Authentic Relationships+

We are a church that's real. We speak truth in love according to Scripture, and we're honest about our struggles, our failures, and our victories. We believe authentic relationships create a culture where people can grow to be more like Christ.

Radical Generosity+

We are radical in how much we give away, as individuals and as a church, and in the places and ways we give. We refuse to say "God bless you" without tangibly and practically blessing someone.

Unconditional Service+

We serve our community and our world by sending volunteers and resources, with no expectation of anything in return.

Personal Growth+

We intentionally develop disciples who keep growing in their faith, and leaders who serve Christ with excellence in their God-given callings. We're training the next generation to lead with His heart.

Contagious Faith+

We passionately share our faith stories and consistently invite others to join us on the journey as part of the Upward family.

Where We Come From

Upward Christian Fellowship was founded in 1923. Since then, God has moved in powerful ways, growing our church and expanding our impact. Our goal is to be a place where people gather and, more importantly, are sent out to reach our community for Christ.
