In Upward Students, we switch things up for the summer. From June till mid August, we pause on our small groups and focus on building relationships across the entire ministry.

We still meet every single Thursday. Below you will find a calendar of all of our events for the summer. If a date says "Worship & Games", those nights will be a night where we have worship, a message, and then games to earn points for Squad Wars.

Squad Wars is the theme of our summers where instead of dividing into small groups, every student will be divided into one of four teams. If you or your student isn't sure which team they are on, please reach out to Pastor John or a small group leader and they can let you know! Each student earns points for their team by: inviting new students, wearing their team's color, and winning games/competitions on Thursday. At our finale cookout there will be a competition between the members of the winning team for a major prize!
